You can imagine this kid was messing with the pigeons right before this happened and then he was all like "ahhh, the tables have turned and now I am getting shit on!" I bet his parents didn't let him come inside until they sprayed him down with the garden hose in the front yard.

First of all, this haircut absolutely sucks. And second of all, who cries over a haircut? If I were this little crybaby's parents, I would make him wear like a really sweet looking mullet or rat tail thing (you know, like where the hair is short in the front but there's a really long tail in the back). And then maybe he wouldn't look like such a bitch.
